Hi! I'm Esme

Hi! I'm Esme!

My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up fully as yourself. Therapy is a collaborative process. We’ll explore your experiences, tend to the parts of you that need care, and move toward a more connected, authentic life.

I focus on supporting those healing from trauma, whether from childhood experiences, relational wounds, or acute events. My approach draws on EMDR, parts work (IFS-informed), and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation and long-term integration.

I also weave in ecotherapy and animal-assisted interventions, knowing that nature and animals can bring powerful grounding and insight. As a queer therapist, I hold space for all identities with a holistic, anti-oppressive, and relational lens.

We aren’t meant to do this work alone. I’ll walk alongside you with curiosity, humor, compassion, and respect, celebrating the strength it takes to begin or continue your healing journey.

BENEFITS:  If you prefer movement to sitting face-to-face on a screen, eco-therapy can be a refreshing and effective alternative. Animal-assisted therapy can reduce anxiety, support emotional regulation, and foster a sense of safety
