As a queer therapist, I know how powerful, and sometimes rare, it can be to feel truly seen and affirmed in your full identity.

Whether you're out, questioning, or somewhere in between, therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to explain the basics or shrink any part of who you are. You get to bring your whole self into the room, your identity, your relationships, your culture, your values, and we work together to make sense of whatever you're navigating.

Family rejection, religious trauma, or internalized shame

Queer joy, community, and belonging

Anxiety, depression, or trauma in the context of identity

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in anti-oppressive practice. I use modalities like EMDR, parts work, and somatic-based tools to support healing and nervous system regulation.

We’ll also bring in creativity, mindfulness, and humor, because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. For clients who prefer nontraditional approaches, I also offer walk-and-talk sessions or animal-assisted therapy with my trained therapy dog.
