ENTAILS: Exploratory discussions therapeutic protocols, & exercises 
TIME: 55 minutes

Individual Follow-Up Sessions (PP+I)

ENTAILS: Family members, friends, partners, etc., are invited to join you during your individual appointment. The aim of these sessions is dependent on the client's personal goals & is not meant to take the place of family or couples specific-therapy. 
TIME: 60-75minutes 
RATE: $150 OR insurance copay (varies by insurance plan)




Family Session (PP+I)

ENTAILS: A brief introductory conversation to assess compatibility, answer questions, & get to know one another
TIME: 15-20 minutes
RATE: Complimentary

Initial Phone Consultation (PP+I) 

ENTAILS: Only offered after the intake session is complete. For clients who are looking to spend longer than a ‘follow up’ session processing an EMDR target. 
TIME: 75-90 minutes
RATE: $175 - 205 


Extended EMDR Session (PP) 

ENTAILS: Only offered after the intake session is complete. Exploratory conversations, environmental, and/or animal assisted therapeutic exercises 
TIME: 60 minutes

ENTAILS: therapeutic evaluation for individuals seeking GAC, supporting access to medically necessary treatments such as hormone therapy or gender-affirming surgeries. The evaluation process is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in current standards of care.

Gender Affirming Care (GAC) Evaluation and Letter (PP+I)

Walk and Talk / Ecology Session (PP)

ENTAILS: Therapeutic evaluations for ESA letters, including a clinical interview and assessment to determine if the individual meets criteria for ESA accommodation.
TIME: 55 minutes
RATE: $200 OR free for existing clients
