Where you can feel safe to show up fully as yourself. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, we’ll work together to understand your experiences, explore the parts of you that are seeking care, and move toward a more connected and authentic life.

While I work with clients navigating a wide range of challenges, my focus is on supporting those healing from trauma in its many forms, whether from early childhood experiences, relational wounds, or more acute life events. I draw on a variety of approaches including EMDR, parts work (IFS-informed), and somatic-based practices to support nervous system regulation and long-term integration.

I also incorporate ecotherapy and animal-assisted interventions into my work, when appropriate. I’ve found that connection with the natural world and animals can be powerful sources of grounding, insight, and healing, especially for folks who may feel disconnected from traditional talk therapy approaches.

I’m committed to holding space for all of the identities and intersections my clients bring into the room. I approach therapy through a holistic, anti-oppressive, and relational lens, acknowledging the impact of systems, identities, and environments on our mental health and overall well-being.

We aren’t meant to do this work alone. As your therapist, I’ll walk alongside you with curiosity, humor, compassion, and respect. I’ll hold space for your story and celebrate the strength it takes to begin or continue your healing journey.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me on a long walk with my dog, climbing somewhere outside (or in a gym when it’s cold), or playing board games with friends!
